After diving into the list archives, I find a confusing mix of messages
about this situation. Could you clarify? Are .java files generated by
jidl3.1.3 always, sometimes, or never usable with JDK1.2's CORBA
implementation?
In my very limited CORBA explorations, I've managed with jidl to get
through the "Hello World" example in Sun's Java-IDL documentation.
That's a trivial case, to be sure, but at least it passes the smoke
test.
