Well I didn't let the JEditorPane stay up for long.
I will try to catch the exception and write it down.
In any case I can unset JAVA_COMPILER env var.
You're right about the HTML Editor Kit in the
current Swing 1.1.1 beta 2. I guess the Swing Team &
HotJAva team haven't finished implementing
a new rendering engine yet. Although the signs are good
though.

BTW: This is whole thread started because I wanted to see how well TYA
works with Swing/JFC. It's not too bad me thinks.
