I'm using it on a RH6 box. I have the env variable JDK_HOME set to point
to the jdk, and thats it (besides PATH). Candalf runs "out of the box"
for me, but very slow. It runs WO native threads and JIT. I tried using
JIT and it seems to work, but still, it is to slow to use.
