You want to download the All-Platforms release, if you are using Linux
(which I assume you are). This allows playback of .MOV videos, but not
MPEG. I'm not sure about AVI. Sun's site does tellyou (I don't have
the URL handy)..
What media did you want to use, and by programming do you mean playback
or recording?
