Dear Friends,
I am having problem with installing JDK1.2 for Linux on my Red Hat 6.0.
I put it in /usr/local/java, here local is a link to /home/usr-local/. I put the
java/bin diretory
before the /usr/bin to avoid messing up with Kaffe.
The following is the problem:
Anytime, I want to run java or javac or appletviewer, a error message pops out. I will
attach the
error message at the end of this message.
What's wrong? What I can do to fix it? I even tried to setupp
CLASSPATH==/usr/local/java, but it
want help!
Any help comment will be highly apprecicated. Thanks for your time!
