Is there any way that I can quickly hack up the java.net.Socket.setReceiveBufferSize() method in jdk1.1? I know the method exists in jdk1.2 but the pre-release versions are too unstable to run my application right now. I've been looking at the jdk1.1 sources but I can't seem to find the native function source codes anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreicated.
