Try SNiFF+J from TakeFive (http://www.takefive.com or http://www.takefive.co.at).
It runs on almost every Unix and Windows and is a very great development
environment. SNiFF+ is designed to support large teams in very large projects.
You can integrate almost every version control system (we use it with CVS)
and every JDK (we us the IBM JDK 1.1.8 with Linux). The best feature is
the code navigation. Browsing classes and displaying, which class extends
oder uses which other class is no problem. The retriever allows you to
browse and change your entire project in one step. A version working with
up to 200 files is free. Try it.
