All: I am attempting to use a GIF image that leverages transparency in my Java APP running under 118v1 but find that the transparent areas are not transparent. Is this a known bug or is this a problem with a local linux library that is not part of the JRE? I searched the archives for similar postings but found nothing. All help is appreciated.
