It means is that you can freely copy and distribute it, however if you modify it and wish to distribute the resulting software you must make the modified sources available to the community under the same license. Separate commercial license agreements which don't carry this source code clause are still possible. More data providers should be supported, more bugs should be found and new features added faster.
