Hi Tom,
I had the same problem, due to a recode of the JavaPlugin..sh in the
"dos"-format. You see it, if you open the file with vi and vi prompts
you something like "dos"-mode in the status bar.
Then I downloaded the plugin from an other site and had no problems.
