Dear all,
thank you for all of your support ... I have succesfully installed JDK 1.2.2
on Caldera OpenLinux 2.3 eServer ... I used
jdk-1.2.2-RC4-linux-i386-glibc-2.1.2.tar.bz2 from a mirror site of
www.blackdown.org unzipped it with "bzip2 -d " first and then with "tar xvf"
...
another succesful HelloWorld has been compiled and executed (interpreted)
...
