Hello. I am running jedit 3.02 on a RedHat Linux 7.0 system with SUN j2sdk 1.3.0_02, XFree86 4.0.3 configured for microsoft natural keyboard with us_intl layout (basicaly, US with dead-keys). I am having difficults inputing the dead keys. For example, suppose I want to type the phrase He said: "good morning josé" I am not finding a way to input the double quote character. In non-java applications, I just type the key labeled with " followed by the space bar. This method is not working with Java applications, including jEdit, and I missing how to do it. Any hints? Romildo PS: If these is not a good forum for asking this, would anyone tell me where I could find someone to help me with this question? -- Prof. José Romildo Malaquias <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Departamento de Computação Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto Brasil ---------------------------------------------------------------------- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
