There are heaps of FTP classes out there, i would suggest to do a
search on jars.com, or .. i think there are others just cant think
of them off the top of my head.

I havnt actually used one my self, but I've used ant quite a bit, and
that recommends to use this netcomponents pacakage.  Found at
http://www.savarese.org/oro/downloads/index.html#NetComponents.
