Well, just go to http://www.blackdown.org (they are hosting this list and just announced the j2se 1.3.1 for Linux a few hours ago)
Download the version you are interested in (latest being 1.3.1). Unbzip (they don't use zip, bzip is more efficient, everything you need for that should be included in RH7.2).
