Anyone know the actual status of the Blackdown 1.4 port? I love previous ports but have been waiting for a 1.4 port since JavaWorld of last year.
Sun's Linux port isn't bad, but Blackdown consistently runs faster and works better. Only problem is that release dates are often 3-9 months off. Sorry if people feel like I'm ragging on the developers who are doing this in their spare time. As a fan of their work I get a little let down when I'm still waiting for a build that was going to be released in April, with no word, explanation or update.
