What is 1.3.1-02d-FCS version of JRE???

On the Blackdown download mirrors the latest version of the JRE for ppc is 02c.   This does not work on my system -- Yellow Dog 3.0.1.  Gets 'Illegal Instruction'.

 

However, I have found another, later version-- 02d at:

 

http://ftp.yellowdoglinux.com/pub/yellowdog/software/openoffice/

 

Does anyone know what this 02d version is?   Where did it come from?   Why is it not available on the Blackdown download mirrors?
