blackdown j2se v1.4 for ARM

Hello, New to the list, with one question. 

I have a need for a j2se v1.4 compiled to the ARM.  I noticed that there doesn't appear to be a link to such a beast.  Does anyone know where I can obtain a copy if one has been produced.  If there hasn't been a version compiled to the ARM can one be produced by the good folks at Blackdown.org,  or is it possible to get the source and cross compile it myself.

 Also is it possible to join the development group working on future releases?  opps I guess that is a few more than one question ;-)
