In order to make it easy to use your new features, I made the
SITE_ROOT-Property an init parameter of the SSI-Servlet. So its possible
to enable your extended <!--#.. - SSI implementation by providing a
SSISiteRoot-Parameter.

We should write some documentation regarding the new features, and then
make a distribution since the 1.0-Version has many Bugs (.. already called
getOutputStream ..) which are resolved in the current version. And its
faster. And uses less memory.
