check your classpath - there must be an old version of the SSI servlet
around. ( SGMLTag now has the additional constructor with the Reader; if
the classloader finds the old one first - it doesnt find the constructor
..). And: it is sufficient to add JSSI to the repository (not the
wrapper.classpath)
