Problem Installing Apache JServ

Greetings,   I have a system NT 4.0   I just downloaded the Apache_JServ_1.0.exe but I cannot install it. When I run it, it keeps saying "that program cannot be run in DOS mode"   Thanks for helping   Cedric Lefebvre
