Qualifications: experience in IT development, testing and implementation of complex multi-user information systems (full development life cycle) in a web-based environment using industry-standard tools experience in the development of bilingual applications experience and proven expertise in web-based middle tier, back-end and front-end development Solid understanding and programming experience using Object Oriented design patterns, best practices, and common frameworks.
