Title: Oracle DBA Location: Bothel, WA Duration: 6 Months The consultant should be close to Bothell, WA Qualifications: 1) Oracle 10g/11g Intermediate Required 2) Fusionworks Intermediate Desired 3) UNIX Intermediate Required 4) PL/SQL Intermediate Required 5) Perl Intermediate Required 6) WebLogic Intermediate Desired 7) Shell Scripting Intermediate Required Responsibilities: • Applies systems analysis, solutions and application expertise to business problems through the support and programming of automated systems. • Will include client interface to define requirements and to troubleshoot highly complex issues. • May assist in testing validation, program debugging, and coordination of program releases, investigation and correction of errors or discrepancies. • Responsible for monitoring and responding to complex technical software problems utilizing a variety of testing tools and techniques for client/server, web and/or LAN/WAN environments. • Considered subject matter experts in their respective technical or functional area. • Provide excellent technical support on enterprise billing mediation (FusionWorks) test environments responding to trouble tickets, performing problem analysis and resolution in a quick and effective manner. Respond and resolve customer issues within priority guidelines, and follow up with customer when appropriate. • Maintain multiple FusionWorks environments for sustainment and project testing activities. • Record application issues and solutions in Environment services knowledge base. • Document repeatable processes for future use and reference. • Assist with major production deployments where needed, including the development of Short Interval Schedule activities.
