Required skill sets: Demonstrated proficiency in the following areas; • Windows Server • Active Directory • Scripting / Java Scripting • XML • SQL • DNS • PKI Optional skill sets: • Must have excellent interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of the organization across all lines of business. • Must have excellent written and communicative skills. • Requires excellent problem determination skills. • Requires an excellent understanding of IT security policies and must be able to manage and administer security programs with minimal supervision. • Demonstrates excellent analytical skills by identifying process issues. • High level of patience, empathy, courtesy, and listening skills required in dealing with customers and their problems. • Ability to judge severity of problems and use discretion in obtaining services needed. • Demonstrates leadership skills in dealing with peers and associates. • Must have in-depth knowledge of Active Directory and Windows technologies with preference given to knowledge of the HCA implementation. • Must have demonstrated knowledge of scripting technologies with preference given to Java scripting. • Must have knowledge of XML and ability to understand and edit XML configuration files. • Must have knowledge of MS SQL server and demonstrated ability to write and troubleshoot SQL queries. • Must have worked in large enterprise environment with preference given to intimate knowledge of HCA IT&S environment and processes. Job Description / Requirements • Solution Support and Maintenance • Performs as support engineer for a multiple instance Identity Management System based on Sentillion proVision 3.1. This includes supporting and troubleshooting all components of the solution, including and not limited to scripts, databases, web servers, etc. • Develops tactical plans to expand the Identity Management solution in line with the strategic direction for the solution. • Executes plans to operationally expand the Identity Management solution.
