Location: Owings Mills, MD Duration: 6+ Months *Visible project* *A lot of executive interaction* *Experience working in a Matrixed environment* *Very little room to not succeed* * * *Need someone that understands project controls, health insurance background.* *Multiple reporting tools will have to be dealt with – Some BI experience* *Budget somewhere between $5-10million* *Will need to build the metrics so needs to be technical* * Looking for a Rockstar!* *PROGRAM MANAGER (I prefer this to a Sr PM given the complexity & size of this one; Sr PM is not adequate))* Large scale initiative touching most operational and IT health insurance areas including Enrollment and billing, provider/customer service, Broker Service, premium collections, workforce management, claims, COB, reporting and metrics.
