Either Flex or Object Oriented JavaScript experience* *• Adobe Flex: Flex 3, ActionScript 3.0, MXML, MATE, BlazeDS, Event handling, Data Binding, AS3 XML handling* *• Object Oriented JavaScript: Knowledge of any JS framework like ExtJs, Dojo, Prototype, JQuery or equivalent. Event handling* *3. Spring, Spring MVC, Invocation of Control, Aspect oriented Programming* *4. Hibernate: Data Mapping, Performance tuning, Batch processing.* *5. Oracle: PL/SQL, Query optimizations* *6. XML marshaling/un-marshaling, XML manipulation using XSLT and XPath. Knowledge of JAXB or JDOM or equivalent.* *Important to Have Skills: * *1.
