Title: Java Developer Location: Albany, NY Duration: 18 Months The consultant should have the experience with Healthcare domain Mandatory Requirements: • A minimum of four (4) years experience writing Java applications using Java 1.4 or above. • A minimum of four (4) years experience using the Java “Swing” library of GUI controls using Java 1.4 or above. • A minimum of four (4) years experience writing/using stored procedures with Oracle 9i (or above) SQL databases. • A minimum of four (4) years experience in writing Java Applications using a framework based on the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture. • A minimum of two (2) years experience in developing web applications in a JEE application server environment. • Ability to clearly and correctly communicate in both written and spoken English. Desirable Experience: • Experience in OOD (object oriented development) concepts and UML (Unified Modeling Language). • Experience writing PL/SQL queries. • Experience using Rational Clear Case Version 6.0 or higher. • Experience using Rational Clear Quest Version 6.0 or higher. • Experience using Eclipse or Eclipse-based IDE (integrated development environment). • Experience writing JSPs (Java Server Pages). • Experience mentoring others in Java development techniques. • Experience using JDBC (Java DataBase Connectivity) accessing and updating databases.
