Title: Oracle Financials Tester Location: Miami FL Duration: 6+months Job Duties: • Testers that are strong in Oracle Financials with an emphasis on AR and CM • Participate in a Test team for approximately 1 year starting ASAP • Define detailed test plans, cases, data and procedures. • Create test cases, scripts, and data from approved requirement and design documents. • Host test plan review meetings with project team members, including: solution architect, project development lead and project manager. • Conduct all testing and quality assurance activities. • Review and approve test cases, testing results, and quality of bug tracking information. REQUIRED • Multiple instances of Oracle Financials Test Experience • 3-5 years total of demonstrated structured system testing experience. • 3-5 years Oracle Financials • 3-5 years Quality Assurance Methodology (HP Quality Center) • Excellent communication and problem solving skills are required for this position. • Exceptional analytical skills. • Must be able to understand complex integrated systems and derive test cases by reading technical design documents, requirements, story boards and workflows. • Thorough understanding of software development life cycle. • Excellent verbal, written communication and problem solving skills. • High proficiency level writing test plans, test cases, test procedures, test data requirements and test reports. • Good organization and planning skills must be able to adjust priorities with changing needs of the projects, • Must be extremely flexible and able to adjust to various styles of project management and leadership, • Must be able to take initiative, actively seek out detailed requirements, and coordinate defect management, • Excellent skills in standard MS-Office products • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS-Project.
