*Job Description:*
*Job responsibilities include:*
* Create technical design documentation from functional requirements
* Delegate work and track progress against deliverables, ensure quality.
* Develop, modify, maintain and integration framework, system
integrations, workflows, dashboards.
* Consult with application development teams regarding integrations and
migrations.
* Present technical designs during review sessions
* Ensure structured unit testing
* Development of detailed management and technical presentations
* Provide mentoring and guidance to Oracle-Siebel development teams
* Strong understanding of security, including encryption, key
management, rights and entitlements and general principles and processes in
an Oracle-Siebel environment.
The successful candidate must be able to prove required architectural
experience & knowledge. Extensive interaction with multiple teams will be
required.
*Required Experience & Qualifications:*
* BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
* Minimum of (5) years of software development experience with strong
background in BI concepts, architectures, methodologies including ETL, OLAP
* At least 2-3 years of practical development experience using OBI-EE,
Siebel Analytics, Oracle BI Applications (version 7.9.5 or higher)
* Strong working knowledge of Siebel Marketing module, Siebel OLTP
Database, EIM and Data cleansing Tools is required.
* Experience integrating Siebel system with other Enterprise
applications using Siebel out of box service extenders or using custom
integration
* Experience in integrating with 3rd party Data Quality Tools
* Experience in integrating with large Data warehouse systems, Content
Management Systems, LDAP, TAM is a big plus
* Strong working knowledge of Data Mapping and cross references to
external systems is desired.
* Knowledge on integrating with 3rd party Email systems, SMS gateways
is a plus.
* Must have full knowledge of the security architecture of OBIEE to
enable role/ access based user management on OBIEE Reports / Dashboards
* Must have designed parameterized reports and page level parameterized
dashboards in OBIEE
* Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively in a team environment
under the direction of project manager / technical lead
*Desired Skills:*
* Strong preference will be given to candidates with Oracle BI and/or
Siebel Analytics experience including OBI-EE and one or more BI
Analytics/Applications (e.g. Financials, Supply Chain, Human Capital
Management)
* Experience with a variety of RDBMs , including Oracle, SQL Server, DB2
* Working knowledge of BI for Oracle applications (E-Business Suite,
Siebel)
* Experience with ODI (Oracle Data Integrator) is a plus.
