Title: Siebel developer/Configurator Location: Chicago, IL Duration: 5 Months TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS: Responsible for configuring objects to support requested Business Functionality according to development standards. Responsible for creating all required Solution Delivery Methodology (SDM) documentation including: requirements documentation; unit test cases; code and construction documents; code walkthrough documentation; load and performance testing; and user acceptance testing. Responsible for resolution of application defects. Maintaining and expanding current functionality. Application Release Planning. Requirements gathering/discovery. Participate in Testing Teams for unit testing, system testing, and load and performance testing. SKILLS REQUIRED • Experience with implementing full system development life cycle Siebel projects. • Extensive knowledge of Siebel Call Center and Contact Management functionality. • At least 3-5 years of Siebel Configuration experience. • Can gather and develop system requirements, use cases, design documents, and test cases with limited or no supervision. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Effective planning, problem solving and analytical skills. • Candidate must be able to work in a highly diverse, fast-paced environment. • Ability to work independently as well as with a team. • Experience in the Health Care and Insurance industry is preferable. • Certification in Siebel 8.x is preferable. • Campaign Manager experience is preferred.
