Title: SAP HR Payroll Analyst Location: Columbus, OH Duration: 6 Months This position will be responsible for planning and executing activities mainly within the HR Payroll system support area. Key responsibilities will include • Ability to make configuration changes for SAP payroll (with testing and quality control), • Ability to perform detailed analysis of user requests, identified problems and SAP delivered software changes to determine impact and recommended steps for resolution and/or implementation • Ability to evaluate and analyze the impact of configuration or process changes across other HR and SAP modules • Experience with the use of BSI Tax Software and the configuration of the Tax Factory GUI • Proficiency with Tax Reporter and year-end activities • Ability to work unscheduled time, sometimes in a pressure situation The following specific qualifications are preferred, but not required for the position: Proficiency with configuration of SAP HR Personnel Administration (PA), Personnel Development (PD), Organizational Management (OM), Minimum Requirements A. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Services or business-related (functional) discipline (accounting, HR, etc.), with and understanding of programming concepts. In lieu of a Bachelors Degree, an individual with business-related experience or specific Scotts experience will be considered. B. Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of SAP experience, focused on the HR Payroll module. Experience with addressing help desk issues in areas of expertise and assisting with user problems in associated areas. C. Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge with hands-on experience managing systems development and configuration in SAP’s HR and/or Payroll solutions D.
