   - Work closely with the product managers, define functional specs, pass
   those specs to India team
   - Will be involved in design and architecture
   - Understand existing code, pass on the understanding to India team over
   WebEx/phone calls
   - Be able to manage a team of around 10-12 people, there would be
   offshore dev leads supporting him/her.
   - Will handle lot of UI projects, hence UI technical skills need to be
   good
   - He/She will be more involved in technical management and manage
   offshore team.

*Experience Required     *

   - Strong Java, J2EE ((EJB, Servlets, JSP, XML, JDBC, JMS) ) skills
   - Strong UI skills, Advanced Javascript, HTML, Object Oriented JS
