Mandatory Requirement: 1. Familiarity with one or more test management, defect management tools (including commercial and open source tools) 2. At least 2-3 years of experience in agile life cycle with focus on testing through complete lifecycle (unit testing through UAT/BAT) 3. Excellent Communication 4. Hands on knowledge of different testing techniques like exploratory testing, risk based testing would be an advantage 5. Ability to work in challenging work environment (be able to work with business and IT, be able to drive new processes / tools implementation etc) 6. Ability to work with automation and / or performance testing teams as required. 7.
