Need to be strong in the analysis side, requirements mapping to the Real time test scenarios, Testcase creation and understanding the traceability of requirements with test cases. 2. Experience in the test case execution for the web based applications preferably *in J2EE side and understanding of the Application servers like Tomcat, JBOSS.* 3. Knowledge in the *Oracle 10/11g *side, good understanding of *SQL*, writing SQL Queries and etc. 4. Experience in testing using *Database level *test cases. 5. Knowledge in deploying and building applications using ant and maven 6. Experience in building the test bed environment before start testing. Knowledge in the different environments like Dev, Integration, SQA, Staging,UAT and Production environments. 7. Experience in working in the *Agile/Hybrid Agile/XP based projects*. 8. Good understanding about the test *case life cycle *and test *case management*, *Defect life cycle *and coordinating with development team. 9. Need to be more proactive and a good team player. 10.
