Should be familiar with the resource constrained environment and development of applications for resource constrained devices. *Must haves:* 1. Experience developing and publishing enterprise mobile applications. 2. Familiar with the end to end life cycle process for mobile apps: architecture, design, development, testing and deployment. 3.
