Be a part of technically strong team. *Primary Responsibilities (including but not limited to): * · Design, Development, Testing and Implementation of technically challenging high transaction internet based complex Java applications. · The consultant will be responsible for Client's technology development. · Success of performance will be measure based on sound technical judgment, timely execution of deliverables, project coordination with cross-functional teams (product, technology development, architecture consortium, systems engineering, QA, and deployment). *Skills/Knowledge Required/Desired: * ·Technical Skills Required in the order of priority: · Java, Servlet, XML technologies (i.e. XML parsers, schemas, WSDL, XSLT/CSS, etc)… · C/C++, Tuxedo (BEA Systems), working knowledge on commonly used C/C++ debuggers and ways to identify code defects, memory faults, performance issues. · Oracle PL/SQL, · Perl, CGI, shell scripting ·Design and implementation of web-based applications, very familiar with the common 3-tier web application architecture ·Must have in-depth understanding of development project life cycle including technical design, source repository code management, implementation, unit/integration testing, deployment strategy, and post-deployment support and maintenance. *Experience Required/Desired: * · Min. 5-7 relevant working experience is required. · Working experience in Financial Services Industry will be a Big PLUS.
