(using database apps such as SQL and Oracle to support such activity would be a distinct advantage) - Competence in translating user requirements into technical specifications. *Likely Tasks* - Validate BOM creation and meta data loading rules from legacy data sources (CAD, Lotus notes, MRP data sources) - Work to take legacy data from multiple sources and prepare loading files, for uploading via IPS – though multiple loading iterations. - Validate loaded data to source data - *Parse down legacy data to standard LOV values where appropriate* - *Validate attributes and LOV’s generated from legacy data, and that these aligned to the PLM data model* - Assist identifying, specifying and testing data model adjustments, that arise through data loading - Documentation of data load assumptions to support systems validation and user operating procedures - Assist in user reviews and signoff activities.
