Hi, We have the following requirement: SKILLS: J2EE ARCHITECT with LEADERSHIP skills At least 8+ years of experience on designing and developing web-based applications with J2EE, JDK, Struts, Spring, and Hibernate 2+ years as a Java software architect Experience with the following technologies, platforms and languages: core Java, J2EE 1.4, XML, JSP, Servlets, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Struts, Spring, JMS, JDBC, Oracle Databases, etc. Experience in using Java EE Application servers. Exposure to portal server is a plus Experience with Web Service development, web-based security issues and solutions Must have the ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem- solving environment Ability to define standards, boundaries, suggest tool sets, etc Clearly understand and Articulate interactions of various systems in the customers domain from technical perspective Propose solutions/designs/Concepts and work around for problems, Able to uncover technical issues, performance issues and suggest solutions to resolve business issues. Resolve technical conflicts resulting in cross departmental technologies usage. Always look for opportunity to improve technology by providing technical leadership. Work closely with stake holders, Technical/Business leadership and subject Matter Experts to define strategy towards aligning and improving processes, information and technology assets of the performing organization
