*IT Recruiter: (US Staffing)

*o 1-4 Years of experience in *US IT Recruitment / Sales Process *

o The role requires understanding of the recruitment process and client
delivery aspects and process that need to be followed during various stages
of recruitment.

o The role requires person should be able to plan the requirement and design
the process and the execution within the set time limits.

o Understand IT requirements and deliver qualified IT consultants

o *Sourcing*, *identifying* and *screening *potential IT candidates for
contract openings with Client Projects.

o Getting on calls with the consultants to prospect them for open positions.

o *Negotiate* compensation/salary

o Co-ordination and scheduling the interviews with client’s Hiring managers
through the inside sales team

o Co-ordination with HR-Admin department for smooth on-boarding of IT
consultants

o Would be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for
recording different stages in recruitment process.



*Business Development Manager: (US Staffing)

*o 3 - 6 years of experience in *Account Management / Sales in IT Staffing
industry, USA

*o Good understanding of *staffing business, sales process and recruitment
process*

o Ability to generate *New Leads*, respond to *RFIs / RFPs*

o Ability to manage multiple client relationships and engagements.

o Strong communication & presentation skills

o Good business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit

o Strong problem-solving/analytical skills and negotiation skills

o Good team management and coordination skills

o Highly motivated, ambitious, aggressive, hardworking & target driven

o Must be experienced with *full cycle recruiting processes* for IT Staffing
opportunities

o Strong experience in getting of new clients, sourcing of candidates (using
multiple channels),candidate screening, technical evaluations, salary
negotiations, and building candidate relationships.

o Must have solid experience in sales, adding new clients and contracts,
establishing new business opportunities for US operations.

o Knowledge in IT /Software technologies and tools is required. Negotiating
& finalizing salary/ rate/hr aspects with *GCs, U.S. Citizens , H1B, EAD,TN
permit holders, OPT, EAD.* o Aggressive, go-getter, positive attitude, good
communication and interpersonal skills along with excellent rapport building
skills are the traits for the right candidate

o Candidate should have good interpersonal skills with excellent rapport
building skills



*Business Development Manager: (US Staffing)

*o Excellent understanding of the *US Staffing Market* .

o Strong background in *Cold Calling* and *generating new Clients*

o The candidate should be focusing on sales, new clients, generating new
business opportunities.

o Identify high potential requirements with new or existing clients and work
with a team of recruiters to source the resumes and complete the entire
process.

o Willing to work with multiple clients and sourcing their requirements.

o Should take the ownership for targets and motivate the team to get the
results

o Should have proven experience in recruiting world with the following
process:-

o Working knowledge of the *FULL US RECRUITMENT/STAFFING PROCESS* starting
from Sourcing, Validation of requirements, posting requirements on various
job boards, Initial phone screen, confirming their go ahead on an e-mail
prior to submission, following up with consultants after submission,
Interview process and Final closure.

o Experience in recruiting *IT / Software professionals on contract (W2
Hourly/Salary, H1B, C2C)* .

o Knowledge in IT /Software technologies and tools is required. Negotiating
& finalizing salary/ rate/hr aspects with GCs, U.S. Citizens , H1B, EAD,TN
permit holders, OPT, EAD.

o Good understanding of *H1B filing and transfer process* .

o Soft skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills. Work
effectively with diverse group of people

*1. *Timings: *Candidates must be willing to work in Night Shifts (EST Time
Zone) - 7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST
