Negotiating & finalizing salary/ rate/hr aspects with GCs, U.S. Citizens , H1B, EAD,TN permit holders, OPT, EAD. o Good understanding of *H1B filing and transfer process* . o Soft skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills.
