*Skills Required:*
"5-7 years of Application Development work experience with *JEE *with solid
design, coding, testing, maintenance and debugging skills including the use
of *Spring, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, REST/SOAP, XML, jBoss/Oracle* application
servers. Experience with Oracle ADF. Experience with the *multiple
IDEs*including
*jDeveloper *and integration into source control tools such as Git. Prior
experience writing unit test scripts in *jDeveloper for Oracle ADF*. Prior
experience writing Windows Desktop applications also a plus. Fundamental
understanding of how to design and program in the object-oriented paradigm
making proper use of encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism and common
design patterns such as factory, singleton and facade3. Prior experience
with an N-Tier architecture. Prior experience with *UML, Design Patterns,
MVC or MVP*.
Prior experience on the use of *Agile* or participating as an Agile team
member.
These are additional skills above the standard UX Senior Developer skill set
needed for our more technical project team. We realize that it may be
impossible to get a candidate with all the differentiators, but good
candidates should have at least 3/4 of the high-level differentiators.
*Has worked with *Oracle ADF for 2+ years*. Has experience with the*
11g*version.
1 Has designed and deployed a physical architecture for a medium sized
project. This including most of the following tasks:
* Design of an *n-tiered SOA* based architecture.
1 Inclusion of one of the following within the architecture an *ESB,
BPEL or workflow management* tool.
2 Selection of the front end development tool/technology
3 Sizing and deployment of physical architecture
4 Performance optimization of the environment
* Has prior experience in creating re-usable framework classes or
extending architecture framework classes for re-use by other teams.
1 Has experience of best practices in configuration management for
large projects.
2 Has lead a tool selection for an architecture add-on. This includes
evaluation of a content management tool, human workflow management tool,
enterprise search tool, etc...
3 Can efficiently evaluate technology options to solve technical
problems.
