*Duration: 6 months* * * *Competencies: *• BS/MS in computer science or equivalent • Minimum 5 to 7 years programming/test development work/industry experience • Excellent in Java, J2EE; experienced in C/C++ programming is a plus • Experience in Testing Web services / API using SOAPUI / JUnit. Experience with Selenium and other automation tools. • Python, Perl scripting • Software Engineering (QA methodologies) • Test Automation • Good communications skills (verbal & written) in English • Self motivated and be able to work independently • Willing to adapt to changes and a fast learner • Good team player *Big Plus *• Experience with Scala Programing language and testing Web services or API written with Scala. *Someone who had been a Java developer and worked on SOA based projects and moved on to QA role will be ideal as long as he is still familiar with Java/J2ee development. *---------------------------- *Need someone that is very good in testing Web applications developed in Java/JS and deployed on Apache/Tomcat. They should also be familiar with REST based API testing.
