*Description: *
The NPS IT team has initiated a project to automate manual production
process in SAP.
The primary role of the Nuclear Pharmacy Services Build team Business
Systems Analyst (SBA) is to ensure that the business and technical
objectives are met including SAP configurations.
The SBA should also work to develop an understanding of the various business
processes involved in the functional area they are aligned with and work to
improve those processes with the solutions they implement.
A SBA must conduct thorough business process analysis to understand existing
workflows and systems, document current processes and systems, create
requirements for new processes, develop use cases, and manage requirement
changes.
Furthermore, a SBA provides functional support for various Enterprise
Applications systems by acting as the liaison between the business and
technical teams to identify, analyze, and translate requests into
specifications, use cases, and business processes.
*Qualifications/Skills Requirements:*
*Knowledge/Skills Requirements: *
oRequired: 3+ years of experience in SAP MM configuration.
oRequired: Experience on inventory management with specific focus on
integration with purchasing, cost controlling and shipping flows as well as
stock management (e.g. physical inventory cycle counting, stock value, stock
reporting, etc…)
oRequired: Basic knowledge on warehouse management with focus on warehouse
structure definition and material flow management
oDesired: Experience on Material Requirement Planning with focus on master
production schedule, Planned Order Management and integration with
Purchasing, as well as management of “point of re-order” and safety stock
with direct impact on purchasing
oDesired: Experience on Order Management configuration, master data
management (Master Recipe, BoM) and process instructions
oDesired: Experience in Plant Maintenance with specific focus on equipment
master data management, preventive maintenance and calibration scheduling,
maintenance order management
oExperience with business critical applications.
oExcellent written and oral communication skills.
oAttention to detail.
oOrganizational skills.
oProblem solving skills.
oAbility to prioritize workload and to multi-task.
oDemonstrated participation in full software development life cycle (ASAP)
oAbility to deal with ambiguity.
