Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is seeking a System Analyst.
*The services of the Worker will include, but are not
limited to, the following:*
**
· Review and evaluate current IT disaster recovery plan and
associated Information Systems continuity Plans (ISCP) to determine whether
the documentation satisfies the guidelines of audit findings
· Recommend changes to documentation where appropriate
· Writing, editing, publishing, and distribution of the TWC IT
Contingency/Disaster Recovery planning documents.
· Final document contents must meet the NIST requirements in
accordance with Special Publication 800-34
· Establish documented evidence that the agency’s contingency plans
adhere to NIST standards of SP 800-34
· Produce a certification report that will be provided to OIG
Regional Office.
*Required skills: *
· Performing complex business and systems analysis work.
· Conducting joint information gathering and application design
sessions with customers and Information Technology staff to define and
document business requirements, business process models and data models.
· Analyzing, documenting, editing complex data and reporting
requirements and system interfaces.
· IT auditor
*Preferences:*
· Experience with NIST Special Publication 800-34
· Documentation auditing
