*Senior Java Developer(Financial Background)*

*New York City, NY*

*6 Months*



*Required Skills:*

5+ years of Java experience. Candidate must be strong in java. This is MUST
5+ years experience on any J2EE application servers. Weblogic and weblogic
portal servers are preferred.
Extensive experience on Crystal Reporting engine/BOXI SDK is a big plus.

Must be extremely good in Servlets/JSP/EJB/Javascript
Atleast 1 to 2 years of JMS experience
Experience with ANT for atleast 1 year
Experience in one of Oracle and Sybase. ( writing stored Proc, PL/SQL ).
At least 2 years Experience in Eclipse/Weblogic workshop development
environment required



*Required Technology:*
Java, Portlets, Serverlet, BEA Weblogic, J2EE, Java Bean, XML, XSL,
JavaScript, CORBA, HTML, Perl ,Web Service,
UNIX Shell, Web Server (Apache, Microsoft-IIS etc.), SQL, PL Loader, Sun
Sparc (Solaris)

Bachelors in computer science



*Highly Desired:*
Crystal Reports/Business Objects Java API experience
Weblogic Portal Development hand on experience
Hibernate hand on experience
Experience in Financial applications preferred
Experience on large scale web applications preferred
Hands on in Unix / Linux env, with Shell scripting;

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and team player, with excellent problem
solving and communications skills.

Demonstrate the ability to determine priorities. Be able to design, develope
solution for large scale projects
and deliver on time. Be able to manage risk and impact.
