Need asp.net / crystal reports developers with Insurance experience

The Web Developer will be responsible for the following tasks:

Requirements:



   - 5+ years experience developing web applications on a .NET platform with
   the Visual Studio IDE and the Visual Studio SDK.
   - Apply problem solving and technical skills to debug code and
   integration issues.
   - Solid understanding of web development techniques including detailed
   understanding of Object-oriented concepts and specific knowledge of .NET
   objects.
   - Solid knowledge of multi-tiered system architectures involving web
   services and application servers, and middleware products
   - Web development skills:  ASP.NET; C#; XML; IIS web service platform;
   HTML; SQL
   - Familiarity with business workflow applications and apply concepts to
   systems design.
   - Experience with designing and implementing end user reporting using
   common industry reporting tools such as Crystal.
   - Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.
   - Ability to conceptualize new technical solutions and processes to
   better achieve business requirements.



Preferred Qualifications:



   - *Life and/or health insurance industry related experience.*
   - *Familiarity with version control software for managing program code*
   - *Familiarity with SQL and data mining in an MS SQL Server database.*
   - *Crystal Reports development*
