*Need: Sr. SQL Database Administrator For 3+ Months @ Poway, CA Send resumes to [email protected]* *Skills: *Hard core database administration experience on Microsoft SQL server and Windows platform. Unix platform and Oracle DB skills are nice to have but not primary focus. Not looking for a data architect or someone with data integration or project management skills. Very focused and in-depth experience in tuning of large scale databases, with deep knowledge on trouble shooting database performance issues. *Candidate Requirements*: 10-12 years of relevant MS SQL database experience in a large company and with large scale data environment background. Preferably someone with experience with managing databases (database consolidation and administrative support) in merger integration scenario. BS in computer science or equivalent. Demonstrated proficiency in SQL Server data admin (Microsoft Certified Master certification on MS SQL Server required).
