Should have Strong analytical skills. Secondary skills - Knowledge of SQL Server 2008 and SSIS as ETL tool Need to have strong Data Analytical skills *A bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or higher and at least 5-6 years of professional work experience. Strong technology background with experience/exposure to Cognos reporting. • Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills. • Detail, process and goal oriented. • Awareness on different performance metrics with respect to IT projects Interact with customer on daily basis and do requirement gathering. Brainstorming different ideas with customer on the project. Communicate effectively the requirements back to the offshore team and co-ordination on the deliverables.
