Experience with all aspects i.e., Front-end, middle-tier and database is important. • Past experience with design for applications in a distributed environment • Strong Core Java, Experience with JSP, AJAX, JSF and UI Frameworks (Knowledge of Struts/Spring is plus) • Experience with Application servers like JBoss, WebLogic. • Experience with RDBMS (Sybase/DB2 UDB is a plus), SQL, Stored Procedures, XML, Hibernate, • Full Understanding of SDLC • Familiarity with C#.NET is a plus. • Past experience with BPM tools and familiarity with Event Driven Architecture is a big plus. • At least two years in the financial services industry is preferable. Exposure to Regulatory Operation technology or Equities order management technology is a major plus. • Self motivated, a problem solver, an articulate communicator and enjoy working with business users directly.
