Job Role: Database Engineer ( Developer Cum DBA ) Duration: 6 Months Work Location: Rockville, MD Interview Mode: Telephonic + F2F Requirement: Developer/DBA--must have both skills and working in a DEVELOPMENT environment and NOT a Production environment Investment Banking. Wealth Management, brokerage or securities experience is a MUST Enterprise and GLOBAL experience COMPLEX and Large SCALE Data MODELING A MUST *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* 1. Meet with business stakeholders and other technical team members to gather and analyze application requirements 2. Design database solutions to satisfy application (business and technical) requirements 3. Implement database solutions using available database development tools 4. Provide first level operational support for development and production database systems 5. Provide written status reports to management regarding project status, task, and issues/risks *Qualification Requirements* 1. Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience 2. 5 years working experience in Oracle, SQL Server, or other relational database 3. Good written and verbal communication skills 4.
