* * * * * * * * *Position:* Sr UI/Front-End Consultant *Location:* New York, NY *Duration:* 6 month+ *Required:*** - 5+ years experience in fast paced consulting environment with tight deadlines. - Ability to rapidly develop front-end prototypes for user testing and demonstrations. - Ability to integrate client-end code with a variety of server side frameworks. - Develop HTML, JavaScript and CSS from Wireframes, Photoshop Comps, Screen Specifications and Site Maps. - Experience developing technical requirements and User Interface Specifications - Expert in best practices for RIA development - Ability to code for contemporary HTML 5 specifications, as well as legacy browser environments. - Understanding of front-end requirements for touch enabled platforms. - Experience working with large teams using source control systems. - In-depth knowledge of leading JavaScript/AJAX Frameworks. - Experience with Object-Oriented JavaScript techniques. - Experience with Web Services using Flash. - Knowledge of Flex UI components as well as design & development of custom Flex components. - Experience integrating media design in Flash into Flex with FMS working with Web Services and/or Flash Remoting. - Knowledge of OOP principles and key design patterns.
