*Short Description: *

Red Hat Linux experience as a Systems Engineer and Wily and other monitoring
tools. 3-5 years.

*Complete Description: *

It’s a plus if the candidate has worked with: Jboss, Apache, Solaris,
Tomcat, SAAS, Networking technologies, firewalls and WANs.

The candidate would be working on a datacenter and server migration project
and would be tasked with analyzing existing performance and testing the
replacement systems. They would need to find flaws or areas of trouble in
our infrastructure and work on solving performance problems. They should
understand networking, servers and have a firm grasp on testing tools.

*Familiarity with Monitoring tools; expert at least 5 different tools
configuration and use; not limited to the below: *

-CA Wily

-Splunk

-Spectrum

-Topaz

-Site Scope

-Cacti

-Syslog

-Strong Linux Red Hat background in an external facing customer web
environment. Preferably experience would include:

-Solaris to Linux Migration

-JBoss configuration and memory use

-Memory tuning

-Application analysis

-Familiarity with the following networking technologies:

-F5 Load balancers

-Juniper & Cisco networking

-Cisco Firewalls

-MPLS & WAN technology

-Datacenter Migration

-Breaking down traffic flows, finding and reducing delays.
